В Кузбассе пекут лечебные хлеба.

Гурьевские хлебопеки поддержали инициативу российских производителей по внедрению в производство продукции лечебно-профилактического назначения и выпустили хлеб «Здоровое сердце» для профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и хлеб «Целебный» для профилактики диабета.
Специалисты при изготовлении хлеба «Здоровое сердце» использовали рецепт, разработанный голландскими кардиологами. В состав продукта входят витамины группы В и минералы, снижающие риск ишемической болезни сердца и инфаркта миокарда. Хлеб имеет форму сердца.
Рецепт хлеба «Целебный» разработан известным российским институтом хлебопекарной промышленности и выпускается двух видов – из ржано-пшеничной и пшеничной муки. Оба вида содержат в своем составе порошок топинамбура, известного богатым содержанием инулина, клетчатки и ряда минералов.
Лечебно-профилактический хлеб появился на прилавках двух специализированных магазинов, и вскоре будет предложен всем магазинам Гурьевского района. В ближайшие планы хлебопеков входит сотрудничество с аптеками, где реализация хлеба будет производиться через отделы по продаже продуктов лечебного назначения.
